Introduction

Welcome to Bizar Design Studio (PTY) Ltd. (referred to as “BDS” herein). These terms and conditions govern your use of our web and graphic design services. Your use of our services constitutes your agreement to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

Services Provided

BDS offers a range of web and graphic design services, including but not limited to website design, logo design, branding, and digital marketing.

Refund Policy

BDS endeavors to deliver all projects on the agreed-upon date. If we fail to meet this commitment, you may request a refund.
Refunds will be issued within 5 – 15 days of the request, using the same method as the original payment.
No refunds will be issued for services that have already been completed or if the project delay is due to factors beyond our control, such as acts of nature, third-party services, or client-related delays.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the project, including designs, graphics, and code, will remain with BDS until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights will be transferred to you.

Confidentiality

BDS agrees to keep all information provided by you confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your consent.

Limitation Of Liability

BDS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic Of South Africa, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Republic Of South Africa.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

BDS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
– A new terms agreement may also be sent to you prior to the commencement or finalization of the project.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
