3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

• Changes in personal or business circumstances.
• Dissatisfaction due to a change of mind after the service has been provided.
• Failure to provide necessary materials (e.g., logos, product images) in a timely manner, which impacts the delivery of the service.
• Services that have been completed and delivered as per the agreed-upon scope and timeline.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if:

• Part of the service was delivered satisfactorily, and only a portion of the work is in dispute.
• The refund request is made after significant progress has been made on the project.

5. Refund Process

• Submit your refund request to disputes@bizar.co.za  within 60 days of the initial payment.
• Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue amicably. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction while also protecting our business interests.

7. Modifications to the Policy

Bizar Design Studio reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will not affect the terms of this policy for existing contracts.
